Preparing your Landscape for Spring
Saturday, February 22, 10am – 12pm, Ages 16 – adult
Late winter is the ideal time to spruce up your yard for the arrival of Spring. Join CNC Horticulturalist Lisa Cole in a hands-on presentation of late-winter projects in the garden. Topics include what to prune and when, how and why to add mulch to the garden, and planting basics. By taking these small steps, you will ensure a beautiful garden with the coming of Spring. $15 General Public/$10 CNC Members; Registration Required by February 19 (limited spaces.)
Native Plants for the Home Landscape
Thursday, April 3, 2 – 4pm, Ages 16 – Adult, Included with General Admission
Go Native! Join CNC’s Environmental Horticulturist Lisa Cole for a presentation of beautiful and reliable native plants to add to your yard. This presentation will highlight excellent choices for continual color in the landscape including butterfly gardens, trees and shrubs. Program includes a walking tour of mature plants in the gardens of CNC to help you design the garden of you dreams. Participants also have access to the Member’s Exclusive Sale immediately following the presentation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a class is cancelled for any reason you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact our office at least six business days prior to your scheduled program. $20 of your registration fee will be retained by CNC. You will receive confirmation when we receive your cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation within one business day, we have not received your cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations made fewer than 6 business days prior to your scheduled program.
