Camp K Highlighted Programs

July 4th is Family day at Camp K

WE WELCOME YOU TO CAMP ON JULY 4TH! Bring your campers (or drop them off) and spend the day as a camper! Go canoeing, see animal demonstrations, make a craft, hike, play games, and go swimming in our pool! Click Here for 2012 Information!

FAMILY EVENINGS (SUMMER)

Come be a camper! Two times each summer campers and their families have the opportunity to experience an evening at the Nature Center. Paddle on Beaver Pond, flex your imagination with a craft, or enjoy a dusk hike on a CNC trail. Round out the evening with a large bird of prey presentation and Camp Kingfisher songs.

Family Evening dates for Summer 2013 are Tuesday, June 18th and Tuesday, July 16th.

BARRED OWL & GREAT HORNED OWL & TRAVEL PROGRAM OVERNIGHTS (SUMMER)

THIS EVENT IS ONLY FOR CAMPERS REGISTERED IN FULL TWO-WEEK SESSIONS

Do you know how much fun it is to sleep over at camp? You will soon! See nature at night, make s’mores, play games and when you wake up, you are already at camp! Barred Owl campers entering 4th & 5th grade, Great Horned Owl campers entering 6th & 7th Grade, and Travel Program campers entering 8th & 9th Grade campers all have a separate overnight experience.

“Characters of the Watershed” – A Drama Nature Specialty Camp (Summer)

Characters of the Watershed is a fantastic 1-week summer program for campers entering grades 2 – 5 who are interested in theater arts and nature exploration.
