Registration Information

DISCOUNTED SESSIONS – NOW OPEN IN AUGUST

SAVE $75 PER WEEK

It’s a tough economy and we want you to be able to come to camp! Sign up for camp with a new family (did not attend in summer 2009) & both families will receive $75 off per full day week.

Already signed up for camp? Recruit a new family! Once they sign up, and mention your name, they’ll receive the discount and you’ll receive a refund!

Due to the Fulton County school calendar we have extended Camp Kingfisher to include the weeks of August 2nd 9th & 16th at a REDUCED RATE!

Many parents have requested we extend Camp Kingfisher through August and so we have!

To register for Camp please complete the registration form. We accept registration by fax, mail, or in person. We do not accept emailed registration forms. Payment in full is due at the time of registration.


In order to register for camp between January 4 and 17, you must be a member in good standing at CNC at the FAMILY membership level or higher. If you are already a CNC family member, your membership must be current through the weeks you are attending summer camp in order to be eligible for member rates. Early registration is also a benefit of membership levels higher than Family.

Registering for camp is a great time to renew your family membership since it is the only time the membership is offered at a discounted rate of $40. You are able to renew at this rate on your camper registration form.

Renew or Purchase Family Membership

If you membership is not current or you would like to purchase a FAMILY membership for the first time, your registration will not be accepted until January 18. You may renew or purchase a Family membership for a discounted rate of $40 when you register for camp. You may not renew a lapsed membership until January 18.

Open Camp Registration for New Members

Open registration for camp begins January 18, 2010. In order to receive the membership discount you must purchase a CNC membership at the family level or higher. You may purchase this membership for $40 when you register for camp.

Payment Information for Both CNC Members and Non-Members

We accept summer camp registration by fax, mail or in person. We cannot accept summer camp registration by phone or email. The camp office is open Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm and January through May and we will also be open all day Saturday.

If you choose to pay for camp by credit card and register by fax or mail, we can accept your credit card number over the phone. We must have your number within 48 hours of receiving your registration in order to hold your place. Once we receive your credit card information it will be immediately processed and shredded. Additional transactions will require new submission of payment information

Registration Confirmation

Once you have registered for camp you will receive a receipt by mail. This will include your session information as well as CNC's Tax ID number. In addition you will receive a confirmation packet including a Camper Health Form and Parent Information / Camp Guidelines. They are also available for download.  Please read this material carefully and return your Camper Health Form no later than May 1.  A doctor's visit is not required.

Carpool Information

We offer a car pool list for families who would like to share rides to and from camp. If you would like your contact information to be shared, please check the space provided on the registration form. The list will include only the names of those who have registered by April 23rd. The car pool list will be sent by email only to those interested in participating. If you register for camp after April 23rd, and you indicate that you would like the carpool list, you will receive a copy but your name will not be added.

Waiting List

If the session you desire is full, you may choose another available session and/or go on the waiting list. In order to be on the waiting list you must submit a completed registration form. Your payment will be processed only if you secure a space at camp, and only with your verbal permission. When a space becomes available, we will contact you. You must respond within 24 hours in order to secure your place. The $25 fee for making changes to your registration applies to the waiting list.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Camp Kingfisher strictly adheres to its Cancellation/Refund policy. No refunds or exchanges are allowed less than two weeks before the first day of each session for which you have registered. For all cancellations made by phone before the two-week deadline, 10% of your registration fee will be retained by CNC. A $25 administration fee will be charged for each change (excluding cancellations) you make to your original registration

NOTE: Refund checks take 4 - 6 weeks for processing and mailing.
