Group rates are available for tour groups, family reunions, church groups, corporate outings, day care groups and all groups of people who love nature.

Group admission includes reduced admission to the Chattahoochee Nature Center and access to daily free-with-admission programs

Naturalist lead programs guarantee an animal encounter.

Group Rates for Groups of 15 or more:

• Adults: $6
• Adults over age 65: $5
• Children 3-12: $4
• Infants 0-2: Free

Reservations:

• To make a reservation, visit or call Group Reservations at 770-992-2055 ext 254. All calls will be returned by Friday of that week. For payment security reasons, emailed reservations will not be accepted. 
• Group rates apply to groups of 15 or more people.
• Reservations must be made at least 10 business days in advance of your desired visit date.
• In order to give you the best experience, we may limit the number of group reservations accepted during high visitation times.  Please be prepared with an alternate visitation date in mind.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation.
• The balance of your admission fee is due the day of your visit and the fee must be paid in one payment.
• Your group is required to enter together.
• Group admission is valid for day of reservation only.  
• Reservations will not be accepted for festival or special event dates.

Change and Cancelation Policy:

Cancelations must be received in writing by fax at 770-552-0926 or email at cnc.admissions@chattnaturecenter.org. You may cancel a reservation up to five business days before the scheduled attendance date in order to receive a refund minus a $25 processing free. No refunds will be given for cancelations less than five business days before the scheduled attendance date.  You will receive emailed confirmation of cancelation. If you do not receive a confirmation, you may verify your cancelation by calling 770-992-2055 ext. 254.  Refunds will be paid by check; please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Changes to an existing reservation can be made at any time until the date of arrival. Group members added after the initial reservation will be charged the group rate. If your group arrives with less than the original planned number of group members, the balance due will be adjusted according. However, no part of the deposit will be refunded.

How do I make a group reservation?

How do I redeem a group admission reservation?

• Bring your emailed confirmation letter with you on the day of your visit and present it at the admission desk.

What happens if I miss my reservation due to inclement weather?

• The Chattahoochee Nature Center is open rain or shine and no refunds will be issued for cancelations less than five business days before your reservation date. Should unusual weather events force the Chattahoochee Nature Center to close, we will notify you and reschedule your visit or refund your group admission.

Do you have picnic facilities?

• We have four uncovered picnic areas available on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages. A covered picnic area is available for reservation through our rentals department. For more information on rentals, call 770-992- 2055 ext 225.

Is there bus parking?

• Yes!  Motor coach and buses may unload at the Entrance Plaza to the Discovery Center and park in the bus parking section of our parking lot. Parking is free.

What can you expect to do?

• Your self-guided visit to the Chattahoochee Nature Center includes admission to the new Discovery Center, wildlife walk, woodland  trails and river boardwalk, gardens and daily free-with-admission programs.

• Group reservations DO NOT include a guided tour. However, if you would like to book a Naturalist lead program, please call our scheduling office at 770-992-2055 ext 237.
