The Nature Club Dine and Discover: Dragonflies for Beginners with Rose Guerra

Join Rose Guerra in person at CNC for an exciting presentation on the natural world. Did you know that dragonflies spend most of their lives underwater? This program covers the basics about dragonflies with lots of fun facts and touches on the most common dragonflies in our area. We will also cover gardening to attract these exciting, jewel-like, mosquito-eating machines. Rose’s wildlife and education experience include animal rehabilitation, performing in Zoo Atlanta’s free-flighted bird show, as well as leading bird walks, canoe trips, and scout programs.

Attend in person at 7PM in the CNC Plaza Conference Room and bring a dish to share for the potluck. Make new friends and connections at Nature Club while learning all at the same time. Our speaker will begin their presentation at 7:30PM. CNC looks forward to welcoming you back to Nature Club in person.

Ages 16+. $10 general public / $5 CNC Members. Advanced Registration Required. Register by the Wednesday before the program.  Participants will be emailed the Zoom link shortly before the meeting.
