- Monday, January 7th: CNC Member Registration – CNC Members may register online, by mail, by fax, and in person.
- Saturday, January 19th: Open Registration- All families may register online, by mail, by fax, and in person.
OPTION 1: ONLINE PAYMENT AND CAMPER INFORMATION FORM
Online registration is available for camp families to make an immediate, secure payment. After you have finished this process you will need to fill out the registration form in order for your registration to be complete. To register online, click the link below.
Please Note: Online registration uses abbreviations for camper’s age groups. Please check the following abbreviations to find your camper’s age group.
- ESO – Eastern Screech Owls (Kindergarten and Grade 1)
- BNO- Barn Owls (Grades 2 & 3)
- BDO- Barred Owls (Grades 4 & 5)
- GHO- Great Horned Owls (Grades 6 & 7)
Please note: The price shown online for each session will be the non-member camper rate. All members should use the coupon code MEMBER at checkout to receive your member discount. You must have a current CNC membership at the Camp Family Level or higher at the time your camp session to receive the member rate.

Membership Levels & Rates
We encourage our camp families to become CNC members. You may purchase a CNC Family Membership for $80 including free passes to distribute. When you register for winter break or spring break camp, you may only purchase a regular CNC Family Membership for $80. CNC Camp Family Membership are available for $45 for families registering for summer camp. The CNC Camp Family Membership does not include free passes to distribute. If you become a member today you will pay member prices for camp. You will have the opportunity to purchase your membership in the payment section. Payment Information for Registration by Mail
If you choose to pay for camp by credit card and register by fax or mail, we can only accept your credit card number in person or over the phone. We will hold your spaces upon receipt and will contact you. We must hear back from you within 48 hours in order to continue holding your spaces. Additional transactions will require new submission of payment information
Registration receipts will be sent out via email. Receipts include your session information as well at CNC’s Tax ID number. Paper receipts are available upon request.
Families registering online will need to submit one registration form per camper after completing online payment. Once we receive the registration form, we will e-mail you session confirmation. If we do not receive your registration within 7 days, your session(s) are subject to cancellation.
If the session you desire is full, you may choose another available session and/or go on the waiting list. In order to be on the waiting list you must submit a completed registration form. Your payment will be processed only if you secure a space at camp, and only with your verbal permission. When a space becomes available, we will contact you. You must respond within 24 hours in order to secure your place.
Camp Kingfisher strictly adheres to its Cancellation/Refund policy.
CANCELLATION - any reduction in the number of sessions you have registered for. Cancellations must be made by phone no less than 2 weeks before the first day of the session you are cancelling. Refunds for cancellations will be issued by check and 10% of each cancelled session’s fee will be retained by CNC. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks.
CHANGES - switching the session(s) you are attending for an equal number of session(s)
Changes to your session dates must be made no less than 1 week before the first day of the session you are changing. A $20 administrative fee will be charged for each change you make to your original registration.
SICK DAYS - If your child’s illness causes him/her to miss 3 or more days of camp in one week you may make up the lost days in a later available week in the same calendar year. You may purchase days needed to complete a week at a prorated cost.
NOTE: Refund checks take 4 – 6 weeks for processing and mailing.
Partial scholarships are available for children attending summer camp at the Chattahoochee Nature Center. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and the camper’s potential for growth and development through a Camp Kingfisher Summer Camp experience. When awarded scholarships, the parent/guardian must pay remainder of camp tuition. On occasion, we award complete scholarships in cases of extreme hardship.
