I do herby release the Chattahoochee Nature Center at 9135 Willeo Road, Roswell to use my photo/video and its likeness for any and all print and video purposes it deems necessary but not limited to: newsletters, brochures, instructional and promotional videos and press releases. The Chattahoochee Nature Center will not be required to reimburse me for my use of my photo/video or its likeness.

The following rules and regulations become binding upon acceptance of this contract between the applicant (Vendor), its employees and agents, and the Chattahoochee Nature Center (CNC). The Vendor also assumes full responsibility for complying with any local, city, state, and federal regulations regarding permitting, sales, taxes, fire, electrical wiring, safety, and/or health. [Subject to City of Roswell and Fulton County codes]

Space will be assigned to Vendors. CNC reserves the right to assign or alter exhibit locations as it deems advisable and in the best interest of the event. The CNC does not guarantee access to Wi-Fi.

Vendor Fees are explained on the Vendor info sheet. Payments can be made online and MUST be received by August 29, 2025.

Cancellations must be requested in writing and received on or before September 5, 2025. Requests should be made to: Tamara Kinmon, t.kinmon@chattnaturecenter.org. All registration refunds are subject to a 15% administrative fee. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a refund. No refunds processed after August 21, 2025.

Any/all electrical equipment, including signs and lights, shall be in good operable condition and able to pass the inspection of the local Fire Underwriters Inspection Bureau. Each Vendor agrees to be knowledgeable and responsible regarding ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, and public safety while participating in this festival.

(A) Over-the-counter sales are defined as a transfer of goods for money, check, draft, or other kinds of payment. These sales will be permitted in accordance with facility, local, city, state, and federal regulations. These transactions must be made by the Vendor –CNC is unable to assist with transactions. (B) Distribution by the Vendor of any printed matter, souvenirs, or other articles must be confined to the assigned space. No undignified manner of attracting attention will be permitted. All exhibits must fit in the space provided. (C) Vendors shall reflect their company’s highest standards of professionalism while maintaining the space during the event. (D)Vendors shall arrange their exhibit so it does not obstruct the general view or hide the exhibit of others. (E) Vendors shall distribute products in environmentally friendly materials (compostable plates, bowls, cups, and flatware) and will NOT use Styrofoam or other similar non-biodegradable products. CNC will provide access to electricity in order to eliminate the need for a generator.

Neither will CNC, their members, nor the representatives and/or employees thereof be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the Vendor, or to the Vendor employees or property, from any cause whatsoever, prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by this application/contract.

Vendors may not refuse service to any market guest based on based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital, family, pregnancy status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran or citizenship status.

Any and all matters and questions not specifically covered by the articles in this contract shall be subject to the decision of CNC. They may, in the interest of the event, amend the aforementioned items covered by this contract at any time and notice thereof shall be binding on Vendor equally with the foregoing rules set forth in this contract. CNC reserves the right to refuse space.

Exhibitor and Vendor Fees are explained on the Vendor info sheet. Payments from accepted applicants can be made via online link (If approved, a link will be emailed to you). Payments MUST be received by November 1, 2025.

Cancellations must be requested in writing and received on or before November 7, 2025. Requests should be made to: Fabiola Clermont – specialevents@chattnaturecenter.org. All registration refunds are subject to a 15% administrative fee. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refund. NO refunds will be processed after November 14, 2025. Vendors will be notified as soon as possible if the event is canceled or rescheduled. The vendor will be eligible for a full refund or the reservation and payment will be valid for a new rescheduled date as determined by CNC.

CNC DOES NOT guarantee access to Wi-Fi although it is available. B. Distribution by the Vendor of any printed matter, souvenirs, or other articles must be confined to the assigned space. No undignified manner of attracting attention will be permitted. All exhibits must fit in the space provided. C. Exhibitors/Vendors shall reflect their company’s highest standards of professionalism while maintaining the exhibit during the symposium hours. D. Vendors must stay for the entire event. If an exhibit booth is broken down or left empty before 5PM, that company becomes ineligible for participation in the next Holiday Market. E. Exhibitors/Vendors shall arrange their exhibit so it does not obstruct the general view or hide the exhibit of others. F. All vendors must limit noise to an acceptable level. Acceptable level is defined as low enough that two people 8ft away from space can speak without having to raise their voices beyond a normal conversational level. G. Vendors are encouraged to use recyclable materials and avoid using single-use foodservice items. H. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their table and area by 6PM on Saturday, December 6.

Neither will CNC, their staff members, nor the representatives and/or employees thereof be responsible for any injury, loss and/or damage that may occur to the Vendor, to the Vendor’s employees and/or property, from any cause whatsoever, prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by this application/contract.

Any and all matters and questions not specifically covered by the articles in this contract shall be subject to the decision of CNC. They may, in the interest of the event, amend the aforementioned items covered by this contract at any time and notice thereof shall be binding on Vendors equally with the foregoing rules set forth in this contract. The above application has been completed voluntarily, and I certify that all statements and representations are true and correct. I understand that individual volunteers at the Chattahoochee Nature Center must sign a liability waiver, as well as possibly complete an on-site interview and/or consent to a background check before beginning any volunteer work at CNC. I understand that I am not an employee and will not be paid for my services as a CNC volunteer. I agree to abide by all the volunteer policies and procedures of the Nature Center.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that participation in recreational and other activities conducted by or in conjunction with the Chattahoochee Nature Center, and travel to and from such activities, involves inherent risks of physical injury, illness, death or loss of personal property, and the undersigned assumes all such risks, including risks associated with activities conducted in remote locations. In consideration of the mutual benefits derived from participation by the undersigned with activities conducted by or in conjunction with the Chattahoochee Nature Center, the undersigned hereby absolves, releases and waives any and all liability, claims or demands against the Chattahoochee Nature Center and its officers, directors, agents, trip leaders, volunteers, contractors and employees from any and all claims, demands, rights and causes of action of whatsoever kind and nature arising from and by reason of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries, including death, damage to property, and the consequences thereof resulting from or relating to participation by the undersigned in any activities conducted by or in conjunction with the Chattahoochee Nature Center. I understand that the Chattahoochee Nature Center is not responsible for vandalism, break-ins, or theft of personal property. I also understand that the Chattahoochee Nature Center does not provide insurance for participants in its activities and the undersigned is required to and shall carry such insurance adequate for any eventuality for injury or illness as a result of such activities. I certify that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, or my parent or guardian has signed below, and that I or my parent and/or guardian have read the above carefully before signing.

The undersigned acknowledges that participating in Chattahoochee Nature Center programs or accessing Chattahoochee Nature Center facilities could increase the risk of contracting illnesses, including, without limitation, COVID-19. Chattahoochee Nature Center in no way warrants that illnesses and/or infections (including, without limitation, COVID-19) will not occur through participation in Chattahoochee Nature Center programs of accessing Chattahoochee Nature Center facilities.
